Tuwing New Year, nauuso ang “healthy lifestyle” resolution. Nakakalimutan itong saglit dahil sa indulgence theme ng Valentine’s; pero trending na uli pag naghahabol ng summer body. Alamin ang mga tamang healthy living tips o mga health tips para sa kalusugan ng body, mind, and heart.

Taliwas ang New Year’s resolution-mindset sa lifestyle changes na kinakailangan para ma-achieve ang long-term health goals. Ang susi sa pangkabuhayang kalusugan ay sustainability at ang pagfocus sa whole living.

Whole Living and Healthy Living Tips

Bahagi ng holistic view ng health ang physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Balancing act ito na hindi pumapabor sa isang aspeto. May mga fit at laging nasa gym pero hindi naman makatulog sa bigat ng problema, o number one sa trabaho pero hindi nawawala ang headache o sakit sa katawan.

Kaya bigyan ng tamang effort at maging conscious sa health ng heart, mind, and body. Lifestyle changes at hindi ang pinaka-usong diet ang kinakailangan para umabot sa pagtanda ang healthy living tips and habits.

Huwag ring biglain ang sistema, kung hindi ka handa. Maraming maliliit na bagay ang pwedeng gawing bahagi ng routine para unti-untiin ang progress. “Small steps” ang kinakailangan para sa kalusugan. Ilang mga health tips para sa kalusugan na kayang-kayang sundan:

  1. Healthy Living Tips: Make an Eating Plan for Healthy Living
    • Subukan ang mindset na magkasinghalaga ang sustansya ng pagkain sa sarap nito. Kung mahilig ka sa meat na tabain, subukang palitan ang ingredients, tulad ng: puso ng saging burger, gulay kare-kare, at mushroom chicharon. Gumawa ng eating plan for healthy living at sundan ito.
    • Cheat snacks imbis na cheat meals: Huwag i-deprive ang sarili sa mga paboritong pagkain. Tutukan lamang ang quantity nito. Kung meron kang cravings tulad ng cake, ice cream, milk tea, fried chicken, o pizza, gawin itong snack for sharing para hindi makarami. Malaking tulong ang portion control sa weight control.

    • Maging aware sa oras ng pagtulog. Ayon sa CDC, dapat at least 7 hours2 gabi-gabi at bago pa humiga sa kama ay mag-“wind down” na, physically at mentally.
    • Huwag magtrabaho o kumain sa kama. Dapat hiwalay ang active at resting spaces sa bahay para madaling magrelax pag oras nang matulog.
    • Gumamit ng sleep aids kung kinakailangan. Soft music, madilim na kwarto, knee pillow…gawin ang mga kinakailangang small adjustments para humimbing ang tulog.
